Today marks a significant milestone in my life and the lives of countless women. One year ago, on International Women’s Day, I proudly launched my second website, She Speaks Out. What began as a passion project has blossomed into a vibrant community dedicated to empowering women in the workplace. As I reflect on this past year, I am filled with gratitude, pride, and excitement for what lies ahead.
When I launched She Speaks Out, my mission was clear: to create a platform where women could find support, resources, and inspiration as they navigate their professional journeys. Over the past twelve months, we’ve published a wealth of blog posts designed to provide insights and encouragement during lunch breaks and commutes. These articles have sparked conversations about workplace challenges, triumphs, and the unique experiences women face daily.
From conquering workplace worries to understanding employment law changes, each blog post serves as a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and victories. I am thrilled to see how these stories have resonated with so many of you, igniting a sense of unity and empowerment within our community.
